Details of the Project

Objectives of the project are:

Economic empowerment of tribal, with the integration of IGA & renewable energy.
Demonstration of micro enterprises intervention in rural areas as per their local need for sustainable development livelihoods with the help of extra illuminations hours.

The Major Activities are:

Survey of various village of Komna blocks to assess the bottleneck behind economic development.
To assess what are resources available and possibility for utilization of those in generating income.
To assess the skills of villagers and possible capacity building requirements.
On identification of various incomes generating activity, provide support to enhance skills on how to operate the tools & equipments.
To built the capacity of village energy users association on general management/financial management/marketing of various enterprises.
Creation of community level revolving funds to sustain the operation and maintenance of installed energy systems.
Development the market linkages of various product.
To provide handholding support to the various energy users association on IGA.
